Since co-founding the business in 2006, Peter has been a driving force at Simply Academy. Putting his years of business experience into practice, he takes care of the overarching strategy and business plans. Ultimately, he’s accountable for the company’s performance.
Chief Operating Officer
Mark was the other co-founder of Simply Academy and now takes responsibility for the apprenticeship side of operations. His experience in the financial and property sectors is channelled towards management of the apprenticeship team, both at HQ and across the country.
Executive Director of Apprenticeships
Mike joined Simply Academy in 2015 with the responsibility of creating and developing financial services apprenticeships. His strong background in Business Development and Account Management made him the perfect man for the job and he now leads the team who assists employers throughout the apprenticeship process.
Barbara brings 20 years of experience working within both Skills and Welfare to Work sectors to Simply Academy. Her knowledge of Quality in both apprenticeships and further education is extensive, and her ‘can do’ attitude means she has hit the ground running since her appointment to help us continue providing the very best service.

Outstanding customer service is something on which we pride ourselves. Thanks to Maggie, who heads the Customer Service team, we’re known throughout the industry for our friendly, professional manner. Aside from running a great team, she takes point when it comes to keeping in touch with our corporate clients. It’s essential that we maintain a great working relationship with all our clients and this is something at which Maggie excels.

We first met Louise in 2016 when she set about expanding her financial services knowledge in the learning division. She joined the team the next year and now assists our executive director, Mark, in planning, directing and running the apprenticeship team.
