At Simply Academy, our Fast Track course is a fantastic choice if you like to learn in a classroom environment and want to become qualified in the shortest time possible. This option also has fantastic rates of success.
If you’re interested in finding out more, here’s our quick guide to CeMAP Fast Track with Simply Academy…
What is Fast Track?
Although it’s a quick way to become CeMAP qualified, the Fast Track course doesn’t leave anything out. With this study option you’ll be taught the whole CeMAP syllabus which – following the LIBF/Walbrook Institute London update in 2025 – is now split into three modules covering five units. Here’s what each one covers.
CeMAP Module 1 – Financial Services, Regulation and Ethics (FSRE)
– FRE1: Industry, Regulation and Key Parties
25 multiple-choice questions plus 3 case studies (5 linked questions each), 1-hour exam, 70% pass mark
– FRE2: Skills, Principles and Ethical Behaviours
25 multiple-choice questions plus 3 case studies (5 linked questions each), 1-hour exam, 70% pass mark
CeMAP Module 2 – Mortgages (MORT)
– MRT1: Mortgage Law, Practice and Application
1-hour exam, 70% pass mark
– MRT2: Mortgage Products and Post-Completion
1-hour exam, 70% pass mark

120-minute exam, 6 case studies with 10 linked multiple-choice questions each (60 questions total), 70% pass mark
How long does it take?
The whole CeMAP qualification is taught in just 10 days split into two separate 5-day courses, hence the name, Fast Track. It’s delivered in a classroom or via live webinar.
CeMAP 1 = 5 days’ training
CeMAP 2&3 (combined) = 5 days’ training
Typically, classroom-based students achieve their full CeMAP qualification within around 3 months of part-time study.
Where can I study?
We offer the CeMAP Fast Track as both classroom-based and live virtual (webinar) courses, so you can choose the format that suits you best.
